Greg Karch is the founder and Managing Partner of DLT Law Group, P.A. He is admitted to the Florida bar; practicing in business formation and structuring, transactions, governance, and finance, including mergers and acquisitions and securities regulation, with a specialization in crypto currency, blockchain, and other distributed ledger technology.
Greg works with private corporations, closely held businesses, and start-up and emerging companies. His practice focuses on emerging blockchain technology companies and implementation of smart
contract solutions across business transactions. Greg also has experience with commercial leasing and licensing, including extensive experience in the tower leasing, licensing and the telecommunications
industry. Greg brings over 20 years of non-lawyer experience in business and law to the business law practice.
Greg completed an LLM in Business Transactions from the University of Alabama in August 2017. Greg graduated cum laude from Florida A&M University School of Law, where he was a member of the Florida
A&M Law Review. Prior to law school, Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and earned a Master of Public Administration degree from Troy University while serving in the United States Navy.
Greg has published several scholarly articles related to business transactions, exploring policy and legal issues related to digital currency, blockchain, smart contracts, due diligence, risk management and cost controls.
In addition to the Tampa Blockchain Business Association, Greg is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
